This page sets the rules for using tomatikii.com. The site is informational. Hiring me for actual work is governed by a separate written agreement we'd sign together — not this page.
1. By using this site, you agree to these terms
If you don't agree, please leave the site.
2. What this site is
tomatikii.com is a marketing and informational website for tomatikii — a one-person consultancy run by Hatem that builds Agentic OS for solo operators.
Reading content on this site doesn't create a contract or consulting relationship between us. Sending an email also doesn't.
3. Engagements are separate
Actual work is governed by a written engagement agreement we sign before any work begins. That agreement covers scope, price, deliverables, timeline, intellectual property ownership, and confidentiality.
Nothing on this site constitutes:
- An offer to perform services on specific terms
- A binding scope of work
- A guarantee of availability
- A price quote
If you want to work together, email me, and we'll talk. If we agree to work, I'll send a written engagement letter.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, code, design, the geometric mark, the wordmark "tomatikii" — is mine. The mark and wordmark are trademarks of tomatikii.
You may:
- Read it
- Share a link to a page
- Quote a sentence or two with attribution
You may not:
- Copy substantial portions for your own site or product
- Use the mark or wordmark without my written permission
- Train AI systems on the content without permission
- Frame the site within another site to make it look like yours
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to break the site, scrape it at volume, or interfere with how it works for other people
- Use the site to do anything illegal
- Pretend to be me or to represent tomatikii without permission
6. No warranties
The site is provided as-is. I do my best to keep it accurate and up to date, but I don't guarantee it's free of errors, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose.
Anything you read here is opinion, not professional advice. If you need legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, hire someone for that.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, lost profits, or downtime caused by anything you read here.
8. Third-party links
The site links to external services (Vercel, Google, LinkedIn, others). Linking to them isn't an endorsement. Their content and privacy practices are their own.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless local consumer protection law gives you a different right.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, I'll flag it on this page for at least 30 days.
